You should receive the order within 5-7 days from the day of placing the order depending on your delivery address location.

Returns and Refund Policy

 

We make our products with a lot of hard-work, effort & most importantly LOVE. We are proud of the products we make and sell, and hope that you enjoy it just as much as we do. As it is a product for consumption, the product cannot be returned once purchased.  

 

A Refund will only be applicable if the product you receive has been damaged or if you've received the wrong order. If so, you can contact us within 48 hours of shipment on hello@mishtigourmet.com for a replacement or a 100% refund of the purchase price back to your account. Please make sure to include the following in your email :- 

 

  1. You name and order details (Order no., Date of purchase etc.)
  2. The items you'd like a refund for
  3. Reason for refund (Would be great if you could attach a few pictures along with the same, would love to use your feedback to improve our products and services)

 

Please note -

  • All the products will have to be sent back to us in sealed condition for a refund 
  • Refunds will be initiated within 3 days from the day we've been informed
  • The time it takes for the amount to reach the customer's account will depend on the processing and clearing cycle of the customer's bank account

 

Cancellation Policy

 

A cancellation request will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed.
