What are the safety precautions you take given COVID, imports and logistics handling?
Our number one priority is your safety followed by your satisfaction. We have a detailed checklist which we follow in each and every step along the way. We source all the products from verified, certified and hygienic suppliers. Upon arrival at our store, we sanitize and ensure the products are clean and pass our safety check.
We follow the same process in the packaging of your products as well. All staff are checked for temperature and oxygen level every day to ensure that there is no cross contamination in any of your deliveries. The delivery and logistics partner ensures the same process as above so that the product is not tampered with and you can enjoy all our products without any worries.
What are the range of products that you offer?
We offer the finest foods from across India and the world like cheeses, fruits, vegetables, snacks and many more. We import from around the world as well as source locally from all the suppliers and provide these products directly to your doorstep.
I love all your products but I do not know how to use them. What should I do?
All our products come along with detailed recipes which you can incorporate in your regular lifestyle. These recipes are simple, feasible and not a Michelin star portion size. I want an item that I can't see on the website, are you able to provide it for me?
Nine times out of ten we can ‒ there are very few products that we can't provide for you either due to logistics issues or unavailability. Just send us an email at hello@mishtigourmet.com or call us on +91 9830301432 and we will be more than happy to discuss the items that you would like and are not currently on our website.
Do you deliver on the same day?
Currently as we do not store material in our warehouse, we do not offer this service. However, in the future when we estimate the quantity of each market, we will be providing this service.
Are there any delivery charges?
Yes, due to rising costs in logistics we unfortunately charge for home delivery. However, we do offer free shipping for orders above a certain value.
When do you deliver?
We deliver on all days with convenient delivery slots.
Where do you deliver?
We support almost all the pin codes in the country. We will be coming to your city soon if your city is not where we currently deliver. The only reason for this may be due to COVID restrictions. Give us your feedback at hello@mishtigourmet.com if your city is not being able to be delivered.
Are the prices inclusive of tax?
Yes, the stated prices are inclusive of tax.
Can I pay by cash?
No, we do not provide a Cash on Delivery payment option due to the COVID health hazard. It is safer and easier to do cashless delivery and avoid any contact with the delivery person.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept credit, debit cards, UPI and online banking.
I don't like sharing my details on the internet. How safe it is?
Our website uses the latest secure technology to keep your data safe and your privacy is completely respected.
The order is being delivered late. Where is it?
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, sometimes issues can arise due to unforeseen factors. Please contact us and our lovely customer relationship managers will help you.
My transaction failed but money was deducted from my account. What do I do?
Your money is safe and will be refunded. Do not worry.
